You get to participate in two classes per week, totaling four hours. We encourage two individual counseling sessions to be scheduled monthly. In group and individual counseling, in conjunction with personal study time, patients work to address the underlying factors that contribute to substance abuse, focus on cognitive restructuring, and the building of positive habits. Patients should remain enrolled in outpatient treatment for the full 12 weeks to experience the full benefit of the program.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ab3f96 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1ab3f96\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Group Rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a785023 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a785023\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>You may pick either morning, evening, or switch them up depending on your schedule, but you must participate in classes twice a week for 12 weeks.
